The Dartmouth Quantitative Finance Club is a group of students who are passionate about technology and trading. We are dedicated to providing resources and educational opportunities for students to learn more about mathematical finance and algorithmic trading. We aim to help students learn about the quantitative finance industry and provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in the field and through the interview process.

The typical structure of our meetings varies from week to week but but generally consists of,

  1. Education Sessions: where we go over common interview questions / probability concepts. During these sessions we usually breakout into groups and work on problems together.
  2. Workshops: where we have specific topics that we cover in depth usually about recruiting. This can include resume reviews, mock interviews, application tips, etc.
  3. Sponosored Events: where we hold larger events, usually giving out prizes and sponosred merchandise, and hosting larger scale games such as the SIG sponosred Market Making Game.

Come join us at our weekly meetings that are held on Thursdays at 8:30PM in ECSC 116!
